We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything from William Painter. It’s OK to change your mind. If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange for another style.
We will be more than happy to refund the cost of purchase and shipping. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund any duties & taxes paid by you. Orders shipped to countries outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

This means if you break them, shatter them, blow them up, or run them over with a semi-truck we still guarantee them for life. With a $49 processing and handling fee you receive a brand new pair express shipped every time!
