Known for its distinct, rigid shape and novel bridge, The Lume conveys the intricate characteristics of a premium material by which it's made: aerospace-grade titanium
Made with Aerospace Grade Titanium (same stuff as fighter jets), they are ultra strong and deceptively lightweight.
The highest quality acetate to retain fit for the ultimate in comfort.
Made of Japanese Nylon, our lenses are half the weight of glass lenses, they don't scratch, and have amazing optical quality, so you'll see the world in HD! Our Next-Gen polarization reduces glare & eye strain. We integrate the polarizing & tint layers all the way through the lens. It won't flake off and will last forever.
With Titanium frames & super light lenses, The Lume is perfectly rear-balanced and will stay planted on your beautiful face.
We looked at drill bits, knives, firearms, and F1 race car pistons to create our own scratch-resistant 'Armour' protective coating.
We've taken every step to make sure The Lume will last forever. We're so confident, we've put a lifetime warranty on every pair.
Remember that time you lost your favorite pair? We feel your pain. Worry less and adventure more knowing you have a back-up plan. We’ll hook you up with a big discount for a brand new pair if yours get lost or stolen! Plus, our lifetime warranty covers any damage, so you’re always protected.
Our William Painter Hardcase is custom built for each frame and doesn't shake around when moving the case.

The build quality is light but durable. The hinges are exquisite. I'm a fan of polarized now however I will say, would be nice to have different lense options with these. The case was very appreciated too. I've been super delicate with my shades and plan to continue doing so. I was very impressed to see how well they stay on as well.

Love this pair. I used it for over 5 years, without a scratch. I went jet skiing and lost it in the water. I immediately ordered a new one. It's titanium build is impeccable and sturdy. Would definitely recommend. I also got a free gift (sloan), which was of inferior quality (Flimsy). If you offer a free pair as a gift, don't offer something that would dilute your value proposition (quality and sturdiness). Overall, I'm happy to see that after all these years the Lume is still reliable and sturdy. I would have liked to see a refresh that would reduce the overall size of the Lume, but given that I appreciate sturdiness over esthetics, the Lume is always the winner for me.

These are very well-made sunglasses. I was pleasantly surprised that they are gradient sunglasses. I have only one comment that may only pertain to me exclusively. After wearing them for an extended time, say an hour or more, my head starts to hurt where the glasses contact my head above my ears. It gets to the point that it gives me a headache. I put my other shades on, and the pain soon stops. Maybe these are too small for my melon. I dunno. Note that the arms of these sunglasses are metal. All of my other sunglass arms are plastic.

Theses are the best sunglasses I've ever owned and because they are so good it's really annoying if you lose a pair so you're going to need to buy a few
