I was lucky enough to see one of Dr. Huberman's talks recently in Seattle, Washington after being a long time fan of his and I was completely blown away. This is one of my current favorite episodes that I learned so much from and have been taking daily (easy & free) steps to improve my sleep and health through light exposure.
