Pretty much everything. Break them, scratch the lenses, sit on them, run them over, leave them in a hot car — you're covered. If you can break it, we'll replace it.
How much does a replacement cost?
$49 (+ shipping on international orders). That covers a brand new pair of frames, processing by our support team, and shipping. You get a completely new pair every time — not refurbished.
Do I need my original receipt?
Nope. We keep records so you don't have to. Verify your purchase through your account or order number and you're good.
Is there a limit on how many times I can claim?
